Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling MUST be done at least 24 hours before appointment or your deposit will not be returned I give a 5 minute grace period , after 10 minutes your appointment may be canceled and deposit and deposit will not be returned . You will also have to send another deposit with rescheduling. If after hour/ same day appointments are accepted there will be a $20 up-charge to your remaining balance After a no call , no show you are no longer able to book with me again
